Brilliant idea, Annie. I'm glad you wrote about this so people can see that change can be incremental and easy. Pick one little thing that make a big difference and ease into it. Then pick another, and pretty soon you'll be changed for the better. Side note: It can take 60 to 90 days to lock in a new habit, so persistence is key.
