Great article (rant). I encountered a local restaurant that charged a 3.5% fee to help cover labor costs. They said the restaurant keeps it all and it's not a tip. I told them I would not be coming back until that fee is rolled into the regular costs. That's the second time I've run into that 'junk fee' and I hate them. Ticketmaster is worse. It's like jabbing needles in my eye when I have to buy a concert ticket. Biden says he's trying to stop those junk fees. Let's hope he succeeds.
