All monthly costs (I should have clarified). Lots of retired folks on a budget want to compare SS income against cost of living. Some people need to live on SS alone and look to foreign countries to live better lives for a lower cost.

Cuenca Ecuador is noted to be a UNESCO World Heritage Site - there were three of those in the list. Very interesting places to live (or visit).
