Hi Nancy. Thanks for the kind words. I used to practice kinhin on quiet, smooth garden paths. It's a lot trickier in the woods with roots. But helpful.

And yeah the solo (usually female) fear is something my wife and daughters taught me about. It shocked my ignorant male mind (gaze).
