Hilarious! Like everyone I interact with the public in restaurants and retail shops all the time and I'm constantly amazed at how bad the service is. So, I tell myself I should take a job there and teach them how they could do it so much better. Then I remember I'm retired and working for a living sucks, so I bite my tongue and go about my day.
