Thanks John. I honestly thought it would be uncomfortable to ask these questions but she made me comfortable and didn't shy away from any of them. I'll bet many of our elderly are like that - we just have to ask.

PS: She says she walks 1/2 to 1 mile a day. Maybe with a spring in her step after that weekend - I'll ask when I see her next.
